Hula Hoop Dancing

Group Hula Hoop Dancing lessons. Learn body mechanics, basics of hooping, and tricks. We will set your skills to music and complete a choreographed dance to celebrate at the end.  Lessons include Hula Hoop basics, building a foundation of waist hooping, learning how to use on and off body, hooping on arms, and learning tricks. Learn and practice a choreographed dance together.  Hula Hoops will be provided. Great for ages 10 to 100!
